CANCELLATION POLICY
Dear Valued Clients, In order to ensure that I can provide the best services possible to ALL clients, I am enforcing a cancellation and no-call/no-show policy. I understand that life can be unpredictable at times, I appreciate your cooperation and understanding. I will charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-call/no-shows or cancellations not made in the required time frame. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment to avoid being charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). This fee does NOT go towards any future appointments. Exceptions will be made for emergencies & illness. Commuiction is key! -PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT LIKE TO CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE - PLEASE VALUE MY TIME AS I VALUE YOURS! -TWO STRIKE POLICY: After 2 no-call/no-shows or cancellations, I will require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in order to book any future appointments.
